LOVE - THE EASIEST THING TO SELL IN INDIA

Love- The easiest thing to sell in India

We Indians are very romantic and love is a vital part of our life. We fall in love, feel lost in love, we die in love, love has a complete different definition for us than the rest of the world. Anything related to love is considered very catchy and India and we get connected with it very deeply and easily. That’s the reason why love is the easiest thing to sell in India. You want to launch a movie, release a song, write a book……just make it based on love and people will go crazy about it.
Here are some of the forms of love which is very easy to sell in India-

Movie- Doesn’t matter how the script is, how the dialogues are, how the camera shot has been taken, if there is a love story based movie, it will create a buzz for sure. A hero loves a girl, the hero is from a poor family, his mother is dying with an incurable disease or on wheelchair and the girl is the daughter of a rich dad who is also a gangster but the girl doesn’t knows about it. They both fall in love then fight, drama, kidnapping, and a happy ending with fight scenes on which tears of Albert Einstein and Isaac Newton fall from heaven and blah blah. Yes this is the secret of a hit movie in India. Brilliant movies ends up with average and beep beep movies ends with 200 crore + collection. Oh “ye ishq na jaane kitno ko marwayega”

Books- Do You have a brilliant story in your mind?  Do you love writing? Do you think it’s the best story ever? Then just STFU and write a book on love story, and your book will be accepted like insurance by banks. Yes there are many examples and I don’t wanna name them because I don’t wanna be in that thing which must not be named “Controversy”. Even if you don’t know how to write a book just write a script of Bollywood movie and it will be successful.  Let your book be based on love story and allow the readers to make you famous.

Songs- One loves a song because he is able to relate himself with that song and his lifestyle. Love is what we can relate it. Break up,, first date, first kiss, first make out…..we have songs for every occasion and most of us are able to relate every single word of the lyrics with our love story, sometimes by force also. Some songs went viral just because it was having fake love story of dying and break behind it. A girl running in Greenland and the boy standing with hand wide open to allow the aroma of that girl to fill the boy’s every hollow part of life. So insane. A boy, a girl, a kissing scene at the end, good location, slow beat and words like “Ishq, beintihaa, mohabbat, dil, judai, bewafa” this is the formual for a hit song in India. Add insane riffs, double bass drumming, lighting fast solos, powerful baseline, vocals with unimaginable pitch……..lolz……. no that not the way here.

This post is not to discourage people who think out of box and this is not to represent Indian thinking, I am just explaining a bunch of love maniacs who makes it easy for the marketers. Do what you want to do and if you like it, don’t care about the reviews, feedback and response from crowd, just be yourself kyonki wo kahte hai  na “Ishq andha hota hai”.

LONG HAIRS IN INDIA

Long hairs…not a big deal. Long hairs in India………..it’s a BIG DEAL. Long hairs in India are not new. All the gods were having long, back brushed, curly sideburns, painters, poets used to have long hairs in India from long. But it goes like this, if you are selling bhaang (weed) on shiv ratri (Festival of Lord Shiva) then it will be considered as Prasad (sacrament) but when you will smoke it on some other day, it will be illegal. It doesn’t matter even it is being done from 10,000 + years, if you do it, it will be strange and odd.  First of all, salute to all those people in India who are having long hairs in India, because it’s not an easy task in India. I don’t have long hairs but most of my friends are having long hairs and for all those morons who think it’s odd let me tell you long hairs enhances their personality and way of representing themselves. So here are the 7 problems which is faced by people who are having long hairs in India.

1. Ladkiyo wale saukh rakhte ho
Have you told any god who wears ear rings, lipstick, long hairs that they are girlish. No, they will be considered as the center of man power and who told you that boys can’t have long hairs. I like long hairs and will marry a girl, didn’t you know that?

2. Ye tmhare dharm me ata hai
The nails which you grow, the beard which you shave, all that comes in your religion. Man,  three guys, a christen, hindu, muslim are having long hairs, then what? It’s not always about religion. Most of those morons connect everything to religion like protest, killing, celebration and fighting.

3.  Oh hoye (From back), oh aap ladke ho (from front)- eve teasing
Eve teasing is common and someone with long hairs is supposed to be a girl. Two guys were just behind me and my friend(with long hairs). One of them said “Kya maal hai” then they crossed and turned back and said “ oh teri ye to munda hai(oh ye to ladka hai).  Go and check out girls have boy cut hairs too,  it will be easy for you to eve tease.

4.  Infinite staring
You will have the same feeling which girls feel on streets. They will stare at you like you were Jadoo without clothes. All the eyes will be on like you have committed some crime.

5. He is gay
What? Is it written on my head? Let me check in mirror, oh I see a crowd of fools who have nothing to do  and oh something is written on their head too, what it is, yeah it’s in Times New Roman, font 22- Cowards.

6.  Wasted
In our happy metal family, torn out jeans, leather jacket with patches, long hairs is considered as one of the most respected outfit but here it is considered as someone whose life is totally wasted. A musician with M.tech degree from one of the most respected university in India, with lots of knowledge will be considered as junky if he walks with this type of outfit but a rapist, murder, illiterate man will walk in white paijama and kurta, will be considered as one of the most respected man in society.

7.  Kitne me chalega (Male escorts)
Yeah u don’t believe it but I have seen this happening in reality. What a person’s hair has to do with his sexual arousal? It is as irrational as connecting Barack Obama’s visit to India with India’s performance in Test at Australia. Sound odd? Yeah, now you feel what if someone with long hairs is asked “kitne me chaloge”

THE TRUE MEANING OF SUCCESS

THE TRUE MEANING OF SUCCESS
Success- for some it is money, for some people it is fame, for some people it is promotion but this is not true. The day one will understand the true meaning of success; he will be satisfied with his life. It’s not he will stop thinking about big dreams but he will be satisfied and stable mentally in terms of goal, aim and the true meaning of success which he will be carrying with him.

Success is very simple if you will be able to identify your aim in life which must be crystal clear to you. Success has following three important traits
- Result has nothing to do with success
- It will not be the outcome, it will be the core work
- No one can snatch it from you no matter what happens

Let’s take an example of a sportsperson who loves playing cricket and is a batsman. For him, most commonly, success will be getting into Indian Cricket team, scoring centuries, making winning run for his team and breaking records. Now let’s check these successes on the criteria I have mentioned. They all fail on the first criteria because these all are results; it’s the result which is being considered as success. They are not the core work, which is batting and yes all these mirage of success can be snatched from his life anytime, he can be kicked out of Indian team, he may not able to score good runs in two or three matches, he may not be able to prove himself worthy when the team needs it. For him, true success will be batting everyday and practicing with full effort. Every evening when he will arrive at his room after batting, covered in sweat and exhausted he will be successful, every time he will go in the ground, touch the bat and when a glee will come on his face, he will be successful, every night when all be sleeping and he will be practicing, he will be successful, every time he will see himself as a batsman which will be his dream, he will be successful. It’s all about loving the work which you are doing.

A person who loves partying will find a way to party in any situation, no matter what are the circumstances. Will he ever give an excuse not to party? No, because he loves and find pleasure in that and same goes with the work you are doing, if you will start loving it and finding pleasure in it, you will never give an excuse for not doing it and on that day you will successful. And if someone does something from heart, without thinking about others and by tearing apart the mask of fear, the outcome is beyond his imagination and then he doesn’t needs to think about running behind money and fame because the day he will start loving his work, money and fame will start following him.

A musician is successful, every time he composes a song, a author is successful every time he writes a story, a housewife is successful every time she makes her family sleep with stomach full of food.

So the simple funda of life is, find the work which you love and which gives you pleasure and try to sharpen it till the possible end and you will be successful for sure.

PK AND PROTEST

This post will be enjoyed more by those who have already watched PK, so it means it will be enjoyed by most of the people. Who will miss Aamir Khan’s movie at the end of the year, a movie with unique poster, a movie with ‘jara hat ke’ trailer, a movie in which Aamkir khan, himself has said that “it is one of my best characters in movie till now’ but still some people will have missed it for sure, like those who are rather than enjoying the brilliancy of Aamir Khan’s acting, dancing car, Bhojpuri language and his urge to understand human on earth, are protesting in this chilling winter on the roads.

First of all let me give a huge round of applause for this movie, in which everything is perfectly blended, from the perfect message to comedy, from love story to climax, from acting to twist. Whenever Aamir Khan appeared on the screen, I kept looking at his face which was such a marvelous thing to look at because the mixture of innocence and unawareness about everything was looking awesome.

The movie is very simple and with a very good message which is, god has never told anyone who is muslim, who is hindu and why he will do so? Everyone is the child of god and a father will never divide his sons in different category. Who decides that he will be a hindu, a muslim, does god sends anyone with a stamp on which his religion is decided and because of this little knowledge about god and religion, some people are misusing others and making money out of it. There is a very beautiful word used in the movie which ‘Wrong Number’. Most of the fraud baba are dialing the wrong number to god and misleading people which is not fair. In Geeta, Kuran, Bible, Guru Granth, the art of living his mentioned. It is not written that you should maintain distance from a muslim, you should go to a mandir far off from your place to fulfill your desires, these all are hoax created by some fraud people who are making money on someone’s death, fear, poverty, diseases. I don’t know in which form gods exist but one thing I am sure about that these type of people will suffer for sure because it’s your karma which decides your destiny and faith. Lord Shiva, Guru Gobind Saheb, Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammad, all these people were able to get connected to the ultimate source of power which knows everything and they understood the true meaning of life and all they wanted from others is to understand what is the true meaning, purpose and aim of life. That’s why holy books like Geeta, Kuraan, Bible and Guru Granth were written. It was not written to categorize the human race on gender, society, birth and color.

All these people who are protesting against PK don’t even know for what they are fighting. They have been just told to go to theaters,  break and destroy everything and keep shouting ‘We are hindu and this movie is damaging our religion’. Fighting without a purpose is not a humanistic behavior, they must be some kind of robot who just follows the order. Rather than wasting their youth in tearing apart posters, they should organize a free lunch for poor people, give blanket in this chilling winter. Having a tika on your forehead and carrying a clothe of geruwa color on your shoulder doesn’t proves that you are good with your responsibility.

My best dialogue in PK was in the last show on TV when Tapasvi Baba says that “we will protect god from you’ and then PK says ‘ you will protect god? There are thousands of bigger planets than earth in universe which is being controlled by god and you on this small earth, in this small country, in this small city, in this small street, in this small room is saying that you will protect god? God doesn’t needs your protection, he is bigger than everything’

And this message goes to everyone who is trying to protect hindu religion or any other religion. In this movie, it is not said that god doesn’t exist, you shouldn’t believe in god, you should become atheist. It says yes believing on god gives you a hope to live because we humans are not that strong that we can stand on our own, yes some can but others need a hope and belief which is they get by believing on god but don’t make it your weakness and start depending upon it which is then misused by these fraud baba and others.

Some people have also said that ‘ab to hindu dharm ke khilaaf koi kuch bhi uth ke bold deta hai’ and I truly accept this. If someone makes money out of saying anything about hindu dhram, it becomes Prasad and parwachan and whenever someone tries to guide people on the right way of religion it becomes a national issue and ends into protest.
Go and watch this movie if you haven’t and I assure you that you will enjoy it till the end.
